how it works
I work with English-speaking clients worldwide via Zoom, (primarily from the UK, but I’ve also worked with clients in the US, the Middle East, India, and Australia). We typically meet weekly over a period that suits your needs.
After discussing your challenges, we’ll agree on a treatment plan together, then work through each stage, step by step.
The aim is to help you reach a place where you’re able to move forward in your life with confidence and a sense of hope.
how I work
I offer a warm and supportive approach to therapy, adapting to each person’s needs. Often, I use solution-focused methods which can rapidly change how you feel about painful memories from past relationships.
Sometimes, I work in a more traditional way, listening closely and giving clients the space to share their story.
My main goal is to help each person heal from the past so they can feel confident and move forward in life.
