Methods

I use a range of methods to help you work through relationship trauma and build new confidence. Every person is different, so I adjust my approach to fit what you need most.

One of the main methods I use is BrainWorking Recursive Therapy (BWRT), a practical and effective way to change how you feel about painful memories. BWRT helps you respond differently to things that used to bring up difficult emotions. In 2017, it was my great honour to personally contribute to BWRT’s development by creating the Relationship Trauma Protocol, now used by BWRT therapists worldwide.

At other times, I take a more traditional therapeutic approach, giving you the space to talk openly about your experiences. For some, this is essential, allowing them to share their story and feel truly heard.
